CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Purpose:
The
purpose of the Children’s Ministry of Lighthouse is to teach and instruct our
children with the message of Jesus Christ and His salvation so that they may be
able to live for the Lord all of their lives.
(Proverbs 22:6; Matthew 19:14)
Ministries and Activities:
Lighthouse Kids
-
Conducted each Wednesday evening.
This ministry teaches our children practical lessons from the Word of God, gives
them the opportunity to learn songs, and teaches them how to have a personal
relationship with the Lord. The Patch Club is for children ages 7-12.
The Pee Wee Club is for children ages 3-6.
Annual Christmas Program -
Each year the children of Lighthouse are involved in an annual Christmas
presentation. Each child that is faithful to all practices and rehearsals
will be able to participate in this program.
Children’s Activities -
At various times of the year there are activities geared for specific age
groups. These activities include a number of things with the purpose of
allowing our children to have fellowship and fun in the name of Christ.
